We thank you for your interest in SoftPlan Architectural Design Software. The SoftPlan program comes in two different packages, the SoftPlan Professional Version and SoftPlan Lite. Please see the program descriptions below to decide which package best fits your design needs. The SoftPlan Professional Version allows you to draw with fully assembled and fully customizable items such as walls, windows, beams, etc. With SoftPlan you can create floor plans, cross-sections, elevations, framing plans, detailed drawings, site plans, and photo realistic 3D renderings. SoftList, Material Estimating Module, can also be added to the SoftPlan Pro package to generate precise material lists.

SoftPlan Lite is an easy-to-use software package configured for those with less demanding design requirements and/or a limited software budget. Create working drawings, material lists, and a scaled down version of SoftView generates elevations, cross sections, and basic 3D renderings from your SoftPlan Lite floor plan. Lite gives you the tools necessary to complete basic residential designs.
