Why do the openings I create not show glass?
 
Door Glazing (Square) under Draw > Detail > Opening Shapes can be drawn in addition to the elevation opening to show the glass within the opening. Also make sure that when using Elevation Openings that they are not exploded so that they will maintain the required format when generated in 3D.
