Why are my mouse navigation controls not working in 3D?
 
It is likely that your mouse button configuration has been changed. It is recommended to try setting your mouse back to the factory defaults. Go to Start > Control Panel > Mouse. In the properties, look for the option to restore to the default settings. If your mouse does not have this setting, try reinstalling the driver for your model of mouse. This can often be found on the manufacturer’s website. Keep the default settings in order for the SoftPlan buttons to work as they were designed.
