When using SoftPlan in Vista, when I import my Version 8 & 9 files I get a message that the "Conversion Utility has Stopped working". The drawings are in their folder, but they are blank. What do I do?

You will need to set the Administrative privileges for the program. Please right click on the SoftPlan Icon and select Properties > Compatibility tab. Next Enable "Run this program as an administrator” then press "Apply" and "OK". Open the program and you will be able to import the files correctly.
