When running the SoftPlan demonstration and trial DVD, I encounter the error: "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

To fix this issue please download and install the following .exe file.
http://www.softplan.com/ftp/msvcrt/vcredist_x86.exe
