When installing SoftPlan on Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4, the auto run fails to start and an error message occurs, 'The dynamic link library gdiplus.dll could not be found in the specified path c:\WINNT\system32......'

This may occur on some Windows 2000 Operating Systems with Service Pack 4. Download and install Microsoft's GDI+ Platform SDK as it may not always be installed on Windows 2000 by default. The following link will take you directly to the download:
