When I try to open SoftPlan Version 14 I get a message that "The appication failed to start because the application configuration file is incorrect." How do I fix this?

You will need to install the MSVC++ Runtime update from the SoftPlan Version 14 Disk 1. Insert the disk and from the Launch menu select Utilities > Install MSVC++ Runtime. Once installed, you will need to restart the computer.
