What if I receive the error message, "Error 100: The SoftPlan Key device driver has not been installed on this system?"

This would indicate that the Sentinel driver needed to run SoftPlan is not loaded. You can load this manually from your SoftPlan Installation CD.

Windows 95/98/ME: Browse the CD and select the System folder > Win_9x folder > sentw9x.exe. On the screen select the Functions pull-down menu. Select Install Sentinel Driver. Click OK to accept the path from your CD. Message should now say “Driver Installed!”

Windows 2000/NT/XP: Browse the CD and select the System folder > Win_nt folder > setupx86.exe. On the screen select the Functions pull-down menu. Select Install Sentinel Driver. Click OK to accept the path from your CD. Message should now say “Driver Installed!”
