Since using Fit to Roof on my main floor, my drawings will not stack properly for elevation? How do I correct this?

You need to apply reference points to each floor plan being assembled for generating the elevation. These reference points should be placed on a common wall corner, which will in turn use the points to align the drawings both vertically and horizontally. Go to Draw > Reference and choose the Circle symbol to place on a common corner for each floor plan.
