Since installing the Windows® Security update KB890859, I am unable to print from SoftPlan. Selecting the ‘Position Print Window’ button on the ‘Print Drawing’ dialog does nothing.

This is the result of installing the Windows® Security Update KB890859 on systems using the Windows® XP Home or XP Professional operating systems without the Service Pack 2 for Windows® XP installed. See Tech Bulletin spb1204 for instructions to correct this condition.
