At SoftPlan, we understand that evaluating and purchasing design software is a big decision. It is important to be able to view actual working drawings that exist in the real world. Therefore, the following samples are provided to show the high level of professionalism that SoftPlan offers in creating working drawings, 3D renderings, and material lists.

Stellar Golf Show House- Developed to model the design and amenities sought after for country club living, the Stellar Golf Show House is the end result of a national design competition hosted by the American Institute of Building Design. Over 1500 architects and designers were called on to derive the design for this golfer’s dream home located along the 13th fairway of Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge in Orlando, Florida.
