With SoftPlan's One-on-One Online Instruction, enjoy eight hours of
personal instruction sessions that may be spread out over the course of a year on the topics of your
choosing. You’ll be able to have your very own private SoftPlan instructor for online sessions to help you
get the most out of your SoftPlan software. These instructors are experts in SoftPlan and they will teach you
anything you would like to learn in the program.
The online sessions are powered by the technology of GoToMeeting®. With a high-speed internet connection, you will be able to connect directly to
your instructor’s computer screen where the two of you will work together on the chosen subject. The instructor
will also be able to work on your screen. Prior to the session, a training representative will coordinate with you
to schedule a training time and select a curriculum. Classes may be scheduled in 30 minute (at minimum)
sessions during the regular SoftPlan Technical Support hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm EDT).
Individual training is a cost-effective option for a user with any level of SoftPlan knowledge, from the beginner
to more advanced user. It also allows you to work from your own computer which cuts the cost of travel expenses.
Plus you can learn at your own pace, at your convenience, and even on your own drawings.
Requirements
- High-speed internet connection
- A USB headset is recommended or you may call in for the audio portion
- A licensed copy of SoftPlan Version 14
Introductory Price
Session Usage
- Time is allocated in minimum of 30 minute sessions. This means for
example, 20 minutes of actual time equals 30 minutes of billed time or 40 minutes of actual time equals
one hour.
- The 8 hours expires one year from the purchase date.
- Time slots are only available during SoftPlan Support operation hours
(9:00 am - 5:00 pm EDT).
- It is recommended that a session last no longer than 2
hours.
