Question: I loaded my new Version 14 and I am unable to get my 3D images to look like the Sketched and Illustrated modes in the sales literature.

Answer: The new SoftView features such as Sketched and Illustrated modes require a video card capable of supporting a minimum of Open GL 2.0, DirectX version 9.0 and a minimum Shader Model Support Version 3.0.

In order to find out what your current video card does support, select Help-About within SoftView and select the Details Tab. Ideally, all lines should read as follows:
