The InSync home was the latest in the series dreamed up by BUILDER magazine to address the issues of various market segments and display new products and technology. Built in one of the country’s most successful urban redevelopment communities (Orlando’s Baldwin Park), the home is 6,493 sq ft, 2 stories and offers a Spanish Eclectic inspired interior with refined details and finishes.
With five bedrooms and plenty of living space, the design features a master suite and a guest suite on the main level, a studio with separate entry over a three car garage, a music room in the second level turret, and a 700 hundred sq ft covered terrace. To integrate technology into the home in a meaningful way, low voltage features run an all house audio system, central vacuum, internet access and other communication options.
And while the InSync home makes it’s mark on the design and building community with it’s opening this year just in time for the International Builder’s Show, Morales-Keesee continues to carry out their reputation for delivering high-quality designs and construction documents using SoftPlan. Specializing in classical and neo-traditional styles, Morales-Keesee Design Associates has created more than 1,000 home designs for individual and corporate clients including many award winning projects. |
