SoftList: When Accuracy Counts

Being a user of SoftPlan since Version 12 and now on Version 14, estimating material consumption has never been easier or more complete. Version 14 has enabled my company (MTO Logic) to provide the most robust and user-friendly Material Take-Offs (MTO’s) possible. Enhancements in Version 14, particularly the framing mode, has given one of my clients, Lennar, one of the Top 5 builders in the country, not just the most accurate framing material list but a road map of material placement. This information has proven to be a great tool when dealing with conflict resolution to dispute framing contractors and or lumberyard material quantities.

SoftPlan with SoftList Version 14 is truly one of, if not, the premier Take-Off and Estimating programs on the market today. You too can get the results that we have produced at MTO Logic with the proper material definitions and system configuration. I can’t wait to see what future releases bring. I bet it will make an already great program even better.
