SoftPlan live online training classes that you may attend from the convenience of your own office/home on your computer. The online class is only available to registered SoftPlan Version 14 users. Choose to attend either the two day class that meets for half days or the four day class which is divided into 90 minute sessions each day. These content-rich webinars provide loads of insightful tips and valuable information. The online classes are taught by our very own technical support and training staff. From your computer you will be able to see the instructor’s screen and hear them speak, as if they were right there with you in your office! Each class includes a question and answer period at the end of each day. The class size will be limited to 14 participants. Classes fill up fast so register today!

Requirements:

High speed Internet connection

Access to email
Internet Explorer web browser
Telephone close to the computer
A licensed copy of the currrent version of SoftPlan

Set-up:

Minimal setup is required prior to attending the seminar and typically takes 10 to 15 minutes. Detailed step-by-step set-up instructions will be emailed to you after the completion of your enrollment. The day before class, we will run a test at a pre-determined time to test your connection. At this time you will also receive your outline for class and you will be able to download the SoftPlan Quick Start Workbook and Tutorial.

Set-up is a one-time process so future connections will be nearly immediate.
