I used File > Export from a floor plan in SoftPlan and tried both .dwg and .dxf formats. The file that was exported did not maintain 3-Dimensional information from the SoftPlan drawing.

In order to be compatible with other programs, files are exported in a 2-Dimensional format comprised basically of lines and notes.
