I installed Version 13 and when I open the program I get Error 100: The SoftPlan Key Device Driver has not been installed on this system. It must be installed before SoftPlan can be run.

This can be corrected by installing the Key Device Driver from the Installation CD. Insert the disk. When the auto-run begins, select Utilities > Install V12/V13 Key Driver. From the Rainbow Technologies Sentinel screen select Functions > Install Sentinel Driver. Click OK to accept the path from the CD. Say ‘Yes’ to replace the driver and it should load properly. Restart the computer before opening SoftPlan.
