I have SoftPlan Lite, some of the commands in the menus are grayed out and I cannot select them, why? 

The commands that are grayed out are only available in the full version of SoftPlan and are not accessible in the Lite version. The “Learning SoftPlan” manual will also have highlighted text or a gray bar beside commands that are not available in the Lite version.
