How to get a cut out for Garage doors in the Foundation?

Edit Item the existing Garage Door in your foundation to Opening Type "Cross". You plan should display an opening type of Cross which will change to a width equal to the width of the garage door plus the framing thickness. you may now edit the Cross opening height and offset accordingly keeping in mind that the offset is the measurement from the bottom of the wall to the bottom of the opening.
