How can I do a real-time walkthrough?
 
Real-time walkthroughs can be achieved by using the navigation commands in 3D and can be done in any mode other than Rendered. For the best quality, use Textured mode. Rendered mode does not support real-time walkthroughs because of the regeneration that must take place and will bring up a Wire Frame model if the navigation commands are used.
