After using Roof On Opening to draw a roof over a window, the gutter from the main roof still shows up in the elevation.

After using the Roof on Opening command, click on Draw, Hole, and Auto Hole. Click on the overlap area of the two roofs. This will remove the section of the main roof under the Roof on Opening and prevent the gutter from generating in that area on the elevation.
